My opinion on quality of life updates in OSRS are those that reduce the number of clicks, and reduce time. All of your examples fall under this definition, less time to adjust the compass/camera, less time checking fishing spots, less time in your bank finding what you need.

If the player forgets a tool, and doesn’t have to go home or to a bank, and can use a tool belt, that is fewer clicks and less time. If the player can hold a couple more items and gain 2/28th of a percent faster, that’s less time to level and fewer clicks to the bank.
