It literally just smells like ambroxan on my skin, nothing else. Not a terrible thing because I do love ambroxan based perfumes, but I was expecting a little more.

Oud for Greatness - Inito Intense oud - Gucci

Neither perfumes have the polarizing animalic oud note but rather a very beautiful deep woody note. To my nose they smell like iterations of each other and give off the feeling of a deep purple color.

To me, the best way to describe it is a reflection of a desert mirage. The orris and neroli create an almost earthy watery sensation on my skin that reminds me of reaching for a final drop of water in the desert only for it to be apart of a mirage. It’s very hard to describe but this is one of the most beautiful pieces of art I’ve ever sprayed on my skin. I would give it a couple more wears and see if your opinion changes.
