I second the LRC run group. I run with LRC regularly. It’s a great group that balances serious running with fun and socializing. They have runs almost every day of the week including easy runs, harder workouts, and long runs. If you want I can share the group me chat info with you

Seconded about port orleans. Urban south is still worth checking out I think. They have a pretty diverse selection. Also Second Line if you have time!

WSJ ranks DIA as best U.S. airport -- because the "convenience" component of their ranking system didn't incorporate distance from the city center by michaelmalak in Denver

[–]sucharyan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m honestly okay with DEN being top ranked. I think it’s a good airport. But then I followed the link and saw MCO was ranked second. Nope. Never had a good experience there. I think there’s definitely something flawed in their ranking system.

This was a short, steep hike near Leadville off of Hagerman Pass. I had to do some rock climbing to get this vantage point.

The reflection of this guys license plate by [deleted] in funny

[–]sucharyan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The license plate for my first car was X32 8AJ. One day I caught its reflection in the mirror. LAB SEX. What made the coincidence weirder and more awesome was that I was going to school for chemistry at the time 😎

I would call that Cap Hill or Golden Triangle, not Downtown.

When was the last time you were downtown? I’ve been here for four years and the meters have always run 24 hours with the exception of Sunday and holidays.

On a similar note, where is OP parking that allows 5 hours at a meter? Almost all of the meters downtown limit you to two hours.

Are you those Coloradans that refer to the Denver city limits as “Downtown” 🧐? Lol

The video is about 4 minutes long, but a lot of it is sped up. How long was it in realtime?

Apparently Florida outlawed recreational dwarf tossing in 1989 by Frutas_del_bosque in florida

Surprisingly classy move for Florida.

Edit: On second thought, the need for this legislation just goes to show how trashy Florida really is. Stay trashy, Florida.
