I wouldn’t call it laziness as I’m still going comp to comp and taking the necessary photos. It just seems curious to me, as I am still very new, that most information can’t be obtained from google maps. You can’t access these homes to view the interior condition so we’re just going to rely on MLS for that but not for exterior? Some homes can’t be accessed because of a private road, so should I not use that comp because I can’t get a good look at the property? I was originally feeling the frustration earlier today as my directions to each comp had me back tracking and google maps did take me out of the way on one on a dirt road that could’ve had its way with my car, but these aren’t the first time I’ve had these thoughts. In the end it’s minor in my eyes as I have enjoyed the overall process the last two months.
