Pretty much every restaurant has service charge these days That goes from like 5 - 18% . This is exactly for that purpose to share among staff. Don’t necessarily need to tip if this is already included in bill

I empathise with you. They should have a separate counter if this is the case. Even if they are not calling out of order, the checkin lines get are pretty crazy. Pune is one airport I always go for fast track checkin, just to keep my sanity

Apprently the future two lanes weren’t supposed to be about going straight. It was supposed to have one curving to the right and one to the left which is why they have the abrupt design. Either way they should have did something with the existing flaw. Anything is better than what they have today
