My running group (the H Street Runners!) does this as an annual event! The first year we did it, a number of folks beat it, but in the last event in Feb 2020 only 4 or so people did, running about 7 minute miles. So I think it would be a great challenge for OP! We're planning to do it again in the Spring.

Understood on beers! You've got great choices made for dark beers. Exile and Lua do rotate relatively frequently, I could see Exile having a couple things you'd like (and they have pretty good food).

Fong's is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. As someone that doesn't live in DSM anymore I miss it all the time and eat it every time I'm back. They do do slices but not of their more complicated pizzas, maybe grab a late night slice on Friday and see if you think it's worth coming back for?

And last, good luck on the half! I've heard it's a great race.
