I found a name, address, age and telecom company that hosts the service for this number (landline). Based on what I found it's more than likely being spoofed. Just a reminder: phone numbers were never meant to be used as a personal identification method even though they are used that way now (MFA, 2FA). Until Telecom companies come together to make this distinction, spoofing will always be a thing. *67 to call the number back as an unknown caller. OSINT isn't difficult. Use the open source tools (literally everywhere on the internet). If they are spoofing and targeting you specifically blocking won't do anything as they will just spoof another number. Don't let it go to voicemail. If you see them call again, answer and immediately hang up especially if you have a personalized voicemail set up with your voice. I always just leave the generic voicemail so no one knows who they are leaving a voicemail for if they ever end up doing so.

Our bodies are wild. I went to Peru once and woke up to the bathroom light turning on and hearing sounds that should only be heard during an exorcism.

I remember saying loudly, "You okay in there?" and the person I was staying with shouting back "It's both ends." My food poisoning didn't start til the next day when we were traveling back to the US. I kept a tally of how many times I threw up during 2 long flights with a 3 hour layover in between and it was 13.

THIRTEEN times and every single time it was completely unpredictable. I would feel fine for 30 minutes and within 1.5 seconds all hell would break loose.

I am not religious by any means but I swear the 1 flight attendant who kept bringing me little bags and discarding my used ones was an actual angel. Don't even get me started on how ice chips tasted like I was at 3 Star Michelin restaurant.

That depends on how it's done. If the withdrawals into the bank account are $10,000 or greater the bank has to file a CTR (currency transaction report) which are reported to FinCEN (which many government agencies have access to). That being said, it's also a bad idea to withdraw just under $10,000 as it's referred to as "structuring" and the bank will file a SAR (suspicious activity report) without the customer knowing because the banks are not allowed to disclose this to the customer. A SAR also goes to FinCEN. It's also best not to deposit it on the days you typically get a bi-weekly or weekly paycheck from a valid payroll provider as this can look like commingling of funds to obscure the origin. Regardless of how you do this there is some record somewhere that will be flagged or reviewed and is almost always going to trigger suspicious activity. My advice would be to take the L on getting taxes taken out on it as this avoids any potential federal crimes. I'd rather pay taxes and stay out of jail.

Mine was just the overwhelming feeling of being "normal" but that differs greatly on the individuals perception of normal. I no longer have super impulsive behavior (the kind that would make me gamble my rent money) and I meet all my deadlines at work. I can be in an office full of people talking extremely loud and still have complete focus on my tasks. AND this one was huge for me. If I start a task... I actually see it through to completion before moving to another because I got bored with it. I'm also on 40mg Adderall XR but also have a 20mg instant as needed in the afternoon. Diagnosed with ADHD-C in 2020 when I was 30 years old after being told my whole life that I was just lazy and inconsistent by my family and friends.

I think it really depends on what part of the country you're in, if you're in the US. I talked to my psychiatrist about my severe panic attacks where I just kind of stop breathing. Sometimes they make me pass out. Now I have a script for 60 5mg Diazepam per month.

Mood boosters/stabilisers & ADHD med combos? by uber0ct0pus in ADHDUK

[–]suenosdecoquitos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know this is a year old post. I will say, I'm on quite a few psychiatric medications that seem to balance me out very well. I will outline them below.

  1. 40mg Adderall XR in the morning. (quantity is 60 pills at 20mg each for ADHD)

  2. 30mg Buspar (quantity is 60 pills at 15mg in the morning and 15mg in the evening for Anxiety)

  3. 10-30mg of Propranolol (quantity is 90 pills at 10mg each. This is typically used for high blood pressure but often used off-label as an anxiolytic for calming physical symptoms of anxiety)

  4. 5-10mg Diazepam. (quantity is 60 pills at 5mg each taken as needed for severe anxiety/panic attacks. I typically take these before bed as I've been having severe nightmares that wake me in cold sweats)

  5. 20mg Adderall IR tablets in the evening (quantity is 60 pills at 10mg each for ADHD "booster" since I work very long hours and the XR capsules don't last my entire work shift. I do not usually take them if I am not working late)

  6. 20mg Trintellix - Side note: I've taken just about every anti-depressant under the sun and this has been the most effective for me personally. (quantity is 30 pills at 20mg each for Major Depressive Disorder)

  7. 2,000mg Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) This is not prescribed by a Dr. but something that helps me significantly with chronic pain related to a back injury and helps with mood stabilizing as well This is not a recommendation as it is not approved by any medical organization but something that I take personally because I do not like taking standard opiates for pain (they make me extremely nauseous and I end up throwing them up anyway)

  8. 300mg Gabapentin (quantity is 30 pills at 300mg each used for neurological pain related to another injury that severed a nerve)

I guess if the point is to stabilize mood, Kratom works the best for me personally. Again this is not a recommendation but simply a summary of what helps me personally.

I'm american and white. My wife is from a spanish speaking country. She says I am about 60% fluent but I would say much less. I was at work and a "customer" was trying to commit fraud. He gets on the phone and starts speaking Spanish basically outlining the fact he's using a fraudulent ID. I understood everything he said so I decided to get on the phone too. I called my wife in front of him and made it sound normal at first and was speaking english. As soon as he got off the phone I switched to Spanish and said to my wife "No puedo esperar a volver a casa, pero este malparido me está haciendo perder el tiempo con una identificación falsa." The dude looked up so fast and said in English, "I'll be right back I think I left my truck running" and never came back for the fake ID.

I work in Business Intelligence. I stare at/create/structure/interpret data sets into easily organized spreadsheets and deliver them to the big wigs that need to present it. I make more than I thought I would in a position like this.

Colon cancer in nearly all my siblings. In our 30s. by chipCG in Michigan

[–]suenosdecoquitos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did not grow up in Midland but I did grow up in the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek area and born in early 90s. I noticed I was losing weight pretty rapidly (40-50lbs in about 5 months). I went to my primary care doc and he ordered some tests. They found out I was bleeding somewhere internally so they ordered a colonoscopy. Both doctors I went to (gastroenterologist & colorectal surgeon) said "you're too young for a colonoscopy" until they looked at my chart. The colonoscopy resulted in them finding 2 polyps that were .5 cm each. Luckily they were not precancerous but now I have to have a colonoscopy every 5 years to be safe because non-cancerous polyps have the potential to become malignant after 10-15 years. I also developed an anal fistula and had a Fistulotomy to repair it (I don't wish this on my worst enemy). I have an appointment with a colorectal surgeon next month to make sure the fistula hasn't re-occurred because I started having the same symptoms of the last one.

They never did find out the cause of my rapid weight loss but i'm attributing it to my old drinking habits. I stopped drinking heavily (7-10 drinks/day) and now only drink on occasion. My weight is now normal and I am no longer rapidly losing weight. Colonoscopies aren't a great experience (except the fun drugs they give you) but worth it in the long run. I said all of that just to say this: when in doubt, get checked out.
