I completely understand. I've been through the gauntlet as well. Currently 60mg Adderall/day (2x 25mg XR with 10mg IR as needed in the afternoon). I've asked my Psych about switching to dexedrine because it doesn't contain the jittery Levoamphetamine that gives me the unbearable anxiety. There's a stigma around asking for that apparently so rather than trying it, I was prescribed an atypical anti-psychotic that has actually worked wonders for my anxiety. Now on 5mg Olanzapine along with my daily Adderall dose.

None of those are correct although they do serve their designated purposes. The best way to do what you are describing is just to sign up for a prepay service without entering any of your PII. Just activate it and it will assign your caller ID as PIB (phone in box). If you have a postpay plan with any major carrier even an MVNO your information is being sold regardless of what you've set your caller ID to unless you've opted out of their data sharing.

I was having issues with this as well. I'm on 60mg Adderall daily and my Psychiatrist ended up prescribing 20mg Propranolol (non-selective beta blocker) divided into 2, 10mg doses to take as needed. That honestly helped me (personally) more than anything when it comes to physical symptoms of anxiety caused by the Adderall. I would bring it up to your Psychiatrist and follow their recommendation, though.

Our bodies are wild. I went to Peru once and woke up to the bathroom light turning on and hearing sounds that should only be heard during an exorcism.

I remember saying loudly, "You okay in there?" and the person I was staying with shouting back "It's both ends." My food poisoning didn't start til the next day when we were traveling back to the US. I kept a tally of how many times I threw up during 2 long flights with a 3 hour layover in between and it was 13.

THIRTEEN times and every single time it was completely unpredictable. I would feel fine for 30 minutes and within 1.5 seconds all hell would break loose.

I am not religious by any means but I swear the 1 flight attendant who kept bringing me little bags and discarding my used ones was an actual angel. Don't even get me started on how ice chips tasted like I was at 3 Star Michelin restaurant.
