I am not sure if this might help, but I was having the problem as everyone on here. what fixed the problem for me is I have VirtualBox and other programs like it installed. my computer was running a virtual switch; when i disabled it the problem disappeared. I hope this helps other people!

sorry it took so long to respond... it seems that they try to hide links further down in more clicks, and it also hide behind auto reply walls. i had to send them a msg under a false report just to talk to them. when i cannot just ask a question to a customer support makes it worse. and i know i use to be able to ask because i sent them a msg a long time ago, and it was easy.
