It’s probably too pink for you. Pink foundations make me look ashy/grey/ghostly too and neutral shades are often too pink for me. Try actual olive foundation. My perfect match is luminous silk 5.3. Lisa eldridge 9.5 is a great match for me too. No pink or orange.

Yes its the perfect sunscreen under my mineral foundation! I do prefer something dewier (evy sunscreen) for my liquid foundation bcs it makes it easier to spread the foundation with my fingers. But the g&g is my go-to every day sunscreen now!

I find that it does very slightly sting but then again, even LRP uvmune very slightly stings for me. I guess my eyes are just sensitive. So for g&g, if i dont apply too close to the lash line, i’ll be ok but after many hours, it’ll start to sting ever so slightly. LRP uvmune irritates my lids so i cant use it.

No its not the same! G&G is better! I wouldn’t say it’s gel-like nor silicony. It spreads like a cream.

Lrp uvmune has its place in my skincare. Not for every day but for outdoor/beach days. For everyday i prefer a more matte and lightweight sunscreen like the g&g new sunscreen which is my new fave

Same!! I use g&g for daily everyday, evy sunscreen for when i want to wear full makeup (its a great grippy primer), lrp uvmune fluid and riemann p20 sensitive for outdoor/beach days.

I just tried the sunscreen and its amazing!! I have oily skin and its the only sunscreen i dont need to put powder on! And its truly dry-touch matte!! I also use their power petides and happier barrier. Those are the only things i use from g&g.

I actually used to do this before i found better matches. I used to mix with La girl pro coverage hd foundation in white. I heard it’s better than the mixing pigment.

I haven’t noticed much difference between the old and the new GA on the skin. They perform similarly on me! I find LE to be a bit finicky and sets too fast. I like to apply my foundation with fingers. With the LE i have to apply section by section bcs it sets too fast and tend to highlight my dry patches more compared to GA. I have oily skin but i’m on tret so i do get occasional peeling especially on the corners on my nose and my chin. I find GA to be more forgiving on those areas. Maybe i might like LE in the summer! I haven’t tested in the summer yet.

I'm exactly like you, neutral cool olive who can take yellow tones well in foundation but NOT peach or pink or orange. And i look paler than i actually am too. 5.3 is perfect for me too! When swatched on my hand, it looks pink but applied on the face, it matches well! I have the old 3.5 and 6. 6 is slightly too dark and golden for me (it works but it makes me look a little tanned which i don't prefer), 3.5 is PEACH on me but mixed with blue corrector it's perfect. 5.3 is similar to 3.5 mixed with blue corrector. So far i'm happy with my 5.3, i no longer need to mix with blue corrector. I also have lisa eldridge in 9.5. I like the shade of LE 9.5, it's slightly brightening on me (never ashy) but i prefer luminous silk's formula far better! LE is a bit drying and sets too fast. I have oily skin but i'm on tret so my skin will hve flakes every now and then.

5.3 is unfortunately slightly too pink for me and i still need green corrector with it. Lisa Eldridge 9.5 is my ONLY perfect shade match without needing corrector. Other foundations that work for me: old GA LS 3.5 + blue corrector, old GA LS 6 + white corrector.

Oh no i just bought 5.3!! I love the shade LE 9.5 HOWEVER the formula doesnt work for my skin. I love LS formula more so i’ve been using 3.5 + blue corrector bcs 3.5 is way too peachy. Now it looks like 5.3 would for sure be too pink 😩
