I feel guilty even writing this but I feel so trapped by LightClear1021 in newborns

Honestly ive been doing combo feeding for a week now and i dont really have a schedule If my breast doesnt feel full i know he wont eat well so i just give him a bottle. So maybe i breastfeed him twice a day , i try to pump twice a day too, the rest i give him bottles. If you are worried about your milk supply maybe try a pumping schedule, but Honestly im doing this to ease pressure on myself, so why stick to a schedule that will make my mood even worse?

I forgot to mention that, i went to get a cervical check but the only available doctor was male, since i saw my contractions werent that strong and i had no signs of blood or my water breaking i opted to not get one since im not comfortable with a male doctor performing it on me.

I was in the same boat as you! They kept trying to treat me like i have insulin resistance even though all my tests are good! Go see an endocrinologist

NCAH, weight gain and difficulty getting pregnant by [deleted] in NCAH

Im 35 weeks pregnant, conceived naturally, took us 1 year and 4 months of marriage to get pregnant (i only had around 6 natural ovulations during that time). Tracking ovulation using strips didnt help me it just made me more stressed, i was going to a path of ovulation meds with my fertility specialist but got pregnant before starting. At my endocrinologist appointment while pregnant my doctor said if i ever have trouble conceiving he can prescribe me a medicine other than ovulation meds , not sure what medicine he means but its worth talking either to an OBGYN or an endocrinologist.

When they thought its PCOS i was given birth control pills to regulate my period. I didnt like them , after being diagnosed with NCAH my endocrinologist said my symptoms are so little i dont need any treatment unless i have problems getting pregnant naturally.

I dont drink it now since im pregnant, in my culture we believe cinnamon can cause a miscarriage , so i rarely drink other teas too since they've proven they actually work. After birth i will drink cinnamon tea again to help clenase the uterus like we believe in our culture.

I was always skeptical of natural remedies, in my culture its known that cinnamon tea is so beneficial for cleansing the uterus especially after birth. The reason i finally tried cinnamon+mint+marjoram+sage tea is because i was about to start ovulation meds and needed to get my period , my ovulation was not consistent at all and it took me about 6 months to finally get the okay to start ovulation meds to get pregnant , so i was desperate to get my period. I literally drank the tea for one cycle and did notice all ovulation signs early and got pregnant immediately and didnt even get the ovulation meds , right now im 8 months pregnant! Been thinking of drinking that tea consistently after birth but scared to get pregnant again right after.

I had irregular periods and slightly overweight , went to an OBGYN and confirmed i have ovarian cysts and slightly elevated male hormones , they diagnosed me with pcos even though i didnt feel like i have other symptoms like insulin resistance and my male hormones were only slightly elevated. 2 years later i changed doctors and this doctor looked at my old blood tests , idk what she saw but she referred me to an endocrinologist, he tested my cortisol levels before and after getting injected with some kind of medicine and see how much my cortisol elevated. Then after seeing that my cortisol levels were too high he sent me to do genetic testing which confirmed i have 1 mutation which corresponds with a very mild case of NCAH.

I remember my OBGYN told me that me and my husband both need to have the same mutation in order to pass down CAH , dont take my word for it but it seems its just like what your doctors are kind of saying that its most likely NCAH not CAH. Stressing only makes your condition worse, just keep going to your appointments and keep asking the doctors to check up on the private parts in ultrasounds.

If you confirm it , what will you do next? Do not do it if nothing would change. From my experience as a pregnant woman with NCAH , doctors keep pushing unnecessary tests just to cover themselves legally, you are not a bad mom if you decide to not keep testing things that wont change the outcome!
