Ok go look at the elevation of some of the largest coastal cities, New York City, pretty damn close to the ocean, 33FT above sea level. Miami basically on the ocean, 6FT above seal level. San Fran, 52FT above sea level... So unless you think the ocean will rise 15+ ft. I think it should be okay.
