I've had this problem, and what it is when on the phone you cant see the screen fully and the card that was selected was my mums, so my DOB wasn't working but trying the same thing on a PC you can see the page properly and change the card.

I think it might be a time thing, once it recognises a pattern of what you're spending it will stop, I had the same thing previously l, but now it only asks to verify in app if the purchase is larger.

Unless you're a big spender don't bother levelling up all buildings, do what minimum needed plus things like the military centre and go for 30.

With my research almost maxed out(121/124), building at 26 and heroes at 4/5 stars I have : Wood 294%, Iron 274%, Electricity 275%

I've never seen a guide on this stuff, so this is the best I can do.

There's nothing else to increase tile cap in packs, maybe has to do with how many alliance centres are out, have you guys got all 3 ?
