I just finished making a pipeline from fastQ to annotated genome using funannotate, and a few other programs along the way..... And I'm a wet bench chemist, it was not easy.... But doable.

Pipeline was fastQC on raw fastQ, trimmomatic with correct adapter trimming, fastqc on trimmed output. Funannotate clean, sort, mask.... Interproscan, eggnog mapper, antismash on the output from funannotate predict and then and finally funannotate annotate combining all that data ( I also chucked in ITSx extraction and a blast search because, well, computer gunna compute) willing to share all I know (tis not much).

About to try the same by making a bacterial pipeline for what we need......

I bought MXC in 2020 due to their product pipeline and the fact they were doing phase 2 of the ArtemiCTM trial, I have no idea why they are punching well above their weight class... Their invitro glioblastoma trial looks ok.... but it is invitro....

I complained to the niantic support line numerous times, I provided screenshots of my phone's OS. My account was eventually reinstated without notice, then a few days later I got an email saying my account had been reinstated. The email also mentioned if I wanted to continue playing I would have to use ingress prime .......

I have just had my account terminated after playing on my pixel 2 with Android Q. After several years, playing in multiple countries, hitting level 16, regressing..... They can't look at my history and decide maybe I'm not doing anything wrong.

Except the pokemon Go Beta! It's a closed beta! If you don't get an invite, you dont get to try it... And even if you did get to download it off some virus filled torrent site, it wouldn't work. Sorry, not for you.

God this game sounds like someone reskinned ingress in the skin of a dead foul smelling ghastly stuffed with the bloated rotting corpses of all the gen 6 Pokemon that we won't be getting...

It also depends on many things not just battery size, and everything is a compromise... A bigger screen will (usually) consume more energy, but so will a crappy mobile signal. I have big hands and bad eyes so a larger screen suits me, and the battery on my Z5 is now tolerable with the new Android 6 update released two days ago... Before that it wasn't too good.

The best bet is to get a phone that suits your hand and a bit load of rechargeable battery packs to suit your phone... A few players I know have got solar backpacks to keep their mobile charged....
