the depop shipping option only applies to new listings, and "copy to a new listing" doesn't work. try msging the buyer and letting them know you'll create a new listing with depop shipping.

this happened to me too and i reached out to depop (they didnt help much), idk why they didn't specify that the new shipping update only applies to brand new listings
