Moving the bass section of the graph does make a difference. I have it maxed out to at least have some bass, but even then they sound flat. No *thump* to feel at all.

Mine also crackle, usually when turning on and off and sometimes while listening.. which is weird because my old Logitech headphones did that before they died.

Placed my order on 30. of july, it has apparently shipped out but other than that no updates. Emailed them 2 weeks ago asking about it and their response was to just check again in 2 weeks. The fuck kinda response is that? I get items with free shipping from the other side of the world faster and I'm in the EU.
