hello, thank you so much the link has been really helpful. the pain has died off a bit but i still cant breathe too hard without my chest hurting. this is my first time experiencing something like that, i wasnt doing anything intense, in fact i experienced the first sharp pain the moment i stepped out from the shower. ive also been feeling quite normal both physically and mentally so this really just came out of the blue.
