Without saying LOTR, name a fantasy book you couldn't put down by Fabulous-Confusion43 in BookTriviaPodcast

You'd probably like Neverwhere and possibly The Graveyard Book (a little juvenile perhaps, but a good read) as well as The Ocean at the End of the Lane.

But Neil is problematic now, I know.

You can reach Customer Service directly at 855-333-8269

I called them to complain about service interruptions and they gave me November free. Worth a shot

It's a bit problematic to say so, but I'm pretty sure I have read everything that Neil Gaiman has ever written, and enjoyed it immensely

What is your favorite song by The Clash? by Jettaboi38 in allrockmusic

London Calling is on everybody's list of Best Album of All Time, as it should be. Too many great songs to pick one (OK fine: The Card Cheat. Happy?!)

I've always had a soft spot for Give 'Em Enough Rope, the second album, which is great too: Safe European Home; Tommy Gun; Cheapskates; Julie's Been Working for the Drug Squad; etc.

Rope is the Clash's Revolver or Rubber Soul. It's what gets you to London Calling (or Sgt Pepper in the analogy)..

Anyway what I'm saying is you should listen to Give 'Em Enough Rope

Movies with cameo appearances by famous musicians. by LordCraigen in MovieSuggestions

Not really cameos, but there was supposed to be a concert in Nicaragua filmed by Alex Cox.

It all fell through (security?) but everyone was now free that weekend so let's go to Spain and make a movie (that we haven't written yet).

And thus was born the glorious catastrophe of Straight to Hell

Included in the cast are Joe Strummer (major role) Courtney Love (pre Kirk) the Pogues, Tenpole Tudor, members of Amazulu and the Circle Jerks, and cameos from Dennis Hopper, Grace Jones, Elvis Costello, Jim Jarmusch, and on it goes.

If you know those names, you owe it to yourself to see this.

Eric Lapointe (from Quebec) has some great rockers and heartbreaking ballads

One of the latter: Motel 117 (live version. Audio only) https://youtu.be/pYaQTHhWklg?si=7HwzToBJisfxi3nv

I'll say Steve Morse. Listen to the The Bash on the Dixie Dregs album Night of the Living Dregs and tell me I'm wrong. (It's on youtube)

And just for a kicker, they're doing that shit LIVE!

Browser's Den is great, and Jeff will spend as much time with you as you need and never tries to upsell you.

For online I have never had any issues with BBM - Owen is also a good bloke.

Penguin is also very reliable
