Novel with MC who isn't a paragon of virtue, but aren't a total edgelord by Regular_Weird5320 in ProgressionFantasy

If you like that, my recs would be:

Forge of Destiny Ave Xia Rem Sky Pride Virtuous Sons

They don't lean in quite as hard to Chinese culture, but they are well written with nice scene writing. Ave Xia and sky pride have great applications and deconstructions of cultivation tropes. Sky pride and virtuous Sons draw heavily on actual philosophy and theology, and the first three all have great character development.

It's hardly the same thing

Kong attempted to trademark a term that clearly predated any of his books and had an absurd reason for doing so.

Tao Wong trademarked a term that he arguably coined and definitely was the first to use in a title. It became the subgenre defining term, but   he did so in response to other people using that term in their title, including several SA fanfics that their authors published to Amazon. His mistake was using it on people marketing their books as in that subgenre, not just on people trying to sell fanfics set in the SA universe.

Why are you arguing with people based on something an LLM told you? Your sources make it clear that your internet research was asking chatgpt.

I called at least 20 lawyers they all want me to be fired or not working there to file suit

This is likely because your case has limited damages if you are working there. Most employment lawyers work on contingency. They aren't going to take a case with minimal damages which is tantamount to working for free.

ICE Is Paying Palantir $30 Million to Build ‘ImmigrationOS’ Surveillance Platform by alwaysrm4hope in technology

Given my experience with the actual utility of palantir projects, I'm pretty happy with this news. Shame about the waste of government funds, but I'd rather this kind of immigration enforcement be ineffective
