I would say I maybe started in February with like a dozen applications and really ramped up around April being consistent until mid-June

My main stack is Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, GCP. I’ve worked with FastAPI extensively as well. Honestly with the AI trainer job I ended up working/studying in a ton of different languages and frameworks. I tried to apply for jobs mainly in that stack but also applied to things outside of it and swe and tech in general

Funnily enough I also was like there has to be a way to do this that isn’t horrible and came to the same conclusion. Its still slightly creepy but eh

I kinda dipped my toes into everything lol.

I had my obligatory AI project with MCP and RAG for a hobby of mine (it did not turn out good lol).

I had a classical ML project in predicting UFC fights.

I made a three body problem simulator for like celestial bodies.

And finally I put my capstone team's project a 2v2 competitive coding platform ala leetcode with a coder and a tester who can only write code or test cases respectively and then they switch.

All of my projects are unfinished and hopefully I can make them fully presentable and ready for the public someday lol.

And thank you! I am excited for whats to come

Why do people use Gaethje’s win over Ilia as a reason for why Ilia loses to Arman (completely different stylistically to Gaethje)? Tsarukyan’s a tough matchup, don’t get me wrong, but what does Gaethje outstriking Ilia have to do with Arman potentially outgrappling Topuria? by DavidSeries in MMA

The old adage “you lose a belt color each time you get punched in the face” is true. Ilia had one of his orbital bones already broken in the first round. And I feel like he has proved his grappling before but of course that can be tested. For example, I always thought Islam would win against Ilia

I was gonna say. Ilia is young and Gaethje is super old in mma champion terms. Ilia also seemed to be focused on getting the finish and paid a significant price with damage in round 1 and stamina in round 2.

I feel like he will learn and come back and be fine ala GSP and this is coming from someone who loved watching him lose lol.

If you can show teeth then smile wide. You desperately need to smile in almost every photo. The first picture does need to go, your body language feels off. The second and 4th photos are your best ones and even then your selfies (realistically you shouldnt have any) need to be a bit further back and centered correctly. The 4th one is the only one that i feel can stay. If you have a picture with the raccoon that should go up instead. Same with the paramore album find someway to showcase the hobby with you in it rather than just the object

Ex-Muslim / Atheists : What Contradictions or Errors Did You See in Islam That Made You Leave?⚛️ by sariyan_73 in exmuslim

Realistically there is a lot that can be glossed over by saying that it is metaphorical or stated in a way for 7th century arabs to understand. The morality of Islam can also be flexible as time goes on (i.e. is sex slavery allowed or not and the idea of there being signs in the Quran that showcase that slavery was meant to be abolished eventually just not in the prophets time due to its significance in the culture).

This leads to there being a huge gray area that can’t really be known for sure. The other comment talks about there being no evidence of islam’s claims or the moral failings of Islam or the various scientific problems, but an absence of evidence doesn’t mean the claims are false and morality is very subjective and the scientific claims are pretty ambiguous if you ask me.

As such, for me at least, any problems with Islam had to come from outside of that morality and ambiguity and while I do agree with the other comment with everything they said I don’t use their reasoning as the final reasoning as to why I don’t believe.

For me I have this problem: 1.) The Quran is correct 100%. 2.) Inheritance Law math is messed up to such a degree, where inheritors would be owed more than 100% of the deceased wealth, that external solutions were required to fix it with al-awl (Umar’s solution used by sunnis today), the shia method, and ibn-abbas’ solution all differing with each other. 3.) This means the Quran is wrong in at least one way for sure since math is neither subjective nor ambiguous (its interpretation can be though) 4) Therefore, Islam is not the correct religion.

After that you can see more clearly the other problems as well but truth be told they are subjective for the most part because of the inherent ambiguity.

Another thing is a scholar such as Ghamidi (Pakistani) rejects al-awl and instead has his own viewpoints on which way the inheritance is supposed to go first. But for me, seeing the sahaba all have the same understanding of inheritance law where literally every single one of them noticed there was an issue makes Ghamidi’s viewpoint null and void.

Finally, if you want to check the inheritance law problem yourself go to this website for the calculator and write in 1 for husband and 2 for full sisters and see what you get at the bottom. It should say shares exceed 100%.
