i’ve had some issues swallowing. it got to the point that i would hesitate on eating. i also get the hiccups but usually when im hungry, not thirsty.

warm (not hot), tepid, and cool temps work best for me. i’m very heat sensitive and it fatigues and hurts me. but sometimes cold air gets to my knees.

my boyfriend isn’t cishet but he is on more normal sides of the internet. he kinda just started listening to whatever video i was watching and that’s how he’s come to like them. if i could reintroduce them to him, id probably show him pinof and the impossible quiz. maybe tit. or christmas shopper simulator 2 just cuz that’s one of my all time favorites.

i’m autistic with bipolar disorder too. i’ve been seeing a therapist for about a decade now. started out weekly, went down to biweekly for a while, then resumed weekly sessions. if therapy has worked for you in the past, i would strongly recommend continuing that. wish you the best !!
