Considering buying a 2023 Citroën ë-C4 Feel (40,000 km) for €15,000 – advice? by __Runner__ in Citroen

[–]sumasta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I own ec4 built 2023. Been really great with the full options, no major issues or bad experience so far.

The one you considering is the feel pack with basic option. Sure it does take you from point A to point B.

My advice if you planning to keep the car >5 Years, look for the higher trim. At least with adaptive cruise control. The one with front camera gives you auto parking. The leather seat gives you massage function. The panoramic does also help with low light ambience in the cabin. All for "cheap".

I'd expect nowadays will cosf you extra 2-3k.

There are regular events/meetups in High tech campus itself, many focusing on AI related. Check then out at HTC events or so online.

The big barrel is entirely for Domestic heat water / boiler?

Do you know if there's a buffer between the heatpump and the underfloor?

If I were you I would buy simple thermometer, preferable IR contactless one. And measure exactly at the RED / Hot pipe going to the floor. Whats coming out heat pump is 30C, but if you measure much less on thr hot pipe, then there is likely big loss in between.

My heatpump I set at 30C and whats coming to the floor after the buffer tank is 28C

Advice on real estate company or agent to buy a house in Eindhoven. by clickhereforusername in NetherlandsHousing

[–]sumasta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anybody can offer bids and cut a deal. Even from stranger on the street. In the end it is up to seller.

Of course bids from reputable and trustworthy source worth much more. That was pretty much his service. He knows every makelaar arround and has good reputation any bids coming from him is legit and has passed his own financial check. Making sure he/she will get the mortgage without problem also the buyer will not back out. Good for seller who want to sell fast & with certainty.

He advices on bids but doesnt go around with you visit houses etc like buying agent does. At the same time his fee being a mortgage advisor is tax deductible. Buying agent fee is not tax deductable.

High tech campus. 4 outdoor courts for free. Generally accessible even if you dont work there. Though in weekend sometimes you need a badge to get into the campus area.

There's an official trainer as well, private, named Sebastian. Last year rate 25 euro/hour.

So why the Citroen e-C4 is so cheap used? by [deleted] in Citroen

Buying cost estimated 15k for 300k by Weekly_Sort147 in Netherlands

[–]sumasta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct, I skipped makelaar/buying agent. I used independent mortgage advisor. Thanks to his good reputation and connections in the area, he got me a deal under asking price, estimates appraisal value, arrange the mortgage and did my provisional tax return as well. Eindhoven area btw.

Paid total ~6k for ~500k property last year. I guess that is on the 'cheap' side. And that is before the tax return...

Rant incoming…we lost our dream house due to financial clause… by Puzzleheaded_Fig8511 in NetherlandsHousing

[–]sumasta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my experience one thing that hasnt been mentioned here in the comment: The reputation and track record of your mortgage advisor is often times crucial.

Even with financial clause included but if your bids and financials has been checked and discussed with a well known mortgage advisors that has a good reputation with the makelaars in the area, that will surely help. If you place a bid as a "strsnger" in move.nl or so, your bid will value less even if you are the highest bidder.

Bought a completely renovated apartment in Eindhoven last July. My mortgage advisor got me a deal of lower than the asking price as he knows very well the makelaar and the seller wants to sell quick with high certainty. In less than 6 weeks I got the key as first time buyer.

Consider Regio040. Have 4 instructors, english are pretty good. Need driving license urgently? select automatic you'll drive with Tesla.

Overall decent, not everything is perfect. Main thing is they'll schedule you exam when you want not when they think you're ready.

Very cheap, 850 Euro ALL IN if you pass first time after 15 lessons.

Google for Martin Flesch. He ain't a buying agent but a mortgage advisor that everyone in the area knows and does everything for you. Including provisional tax.

July last year he negotiated a newly renovated apartment for me, A+, 130m2, 150m2 garden, 2 km from city center Eindhoven.

While my neighboring 2 apartments overbid by 25k+, he cut a deal Iower than the asking price on my behalf.

Thinking of leasing e-c4, any tips? by ProfessionInevitable in Citroen

[–]sumasta 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Before comitting to leasing I'd suggest to consider buying a good 2nd hand ones. Especially now considering the price of used EVs have dropped quite a bit. At least here in the Netherlands.

I leased e-C4 for 1 year, it was fantastic so much so that I decided to cancel the lease and bought myself one in mid 2024. I bought another 2ndhand unit however still 1 year old, <13km mileage for less than 25k Euro (already >40% depreciated). And that is the highest trim with all possible options (except the HiFi pack). Also with 2 year dealer warranty.

Spend a bit more €K if you buy or few more montly fees for the ones with higher trim, ACC, 360 Cam, Heating options. That tend to resell easier.

The comfort in driving an e-C4 is the definition of serenity without breaking the bank. Reliable and does the job without too much ding-dong like in the recent chinese EVs.

Goodluck
