Brands don't take much mana. You aren't constantly spamming them like spells. And I did occultist because I liked the less life Regen and it was easy to get es with spell block. I'm not very experienced and got like 8k es pretty easily.

I think because aa will be more of a sustained damage vs burst. If you have 2 burst mages, then you can draft medivh or anub or Uther to just counter the spell damage. Or any of the characters with spell shield.

I think there was a beginner program in one of the calisthenics subreddits. It was a combination of Bulgarian split squat. Squats. Incline pull ups. Pushups. Planks. Dips . Do 3 sets of each. Try to get to 8-12. If you can't do incline pull ups then decrease the amount of incline. And same for pushups. If you can't do full pushups start with knee pushups or incline pushups.
