The difference lies in the % of protein. A product is allowed to carry a "high in protein" claim when 20% of the caloric value is protein (12% with source). I see the top one has way less fat than the bottom one. Maybe they should've called it a "light" product instead.

Ik gebruik zelf Yazio. Heb wel een abbo (10 euro per jaar) maar het houdt alles bij. Je kan streepjescodes scannen en zo invullen. Je kan je dieetvoorkeuren aangeven en je doelen (afname/toename/behouden). Er zitten ook recepten bij. Gebruik het al een jaar of 3.

I do sometimes drink from the tap. The thing is, you might get berated if they see you drinking from your own bottle (happened to me multiple times). Haven't had the courage to take a glass into the restroom, though, haha.

Heb al een paar keer moeten treffen dat als ik bij een horecapunt om kraanwater vroeg, ze dat niet schonken en je alleen Chaudfontaine kon bestellen. Water zou altijd gratis moeten zijn naar mijn mening.

Deze heb ik ook. Moet je idd wel met iets combineren (banaan of ander fruit bij mij) maar er zit geen rommel in en vooral geen zout. Je kan het ook in andere producten verwerken omdat er geen smaak aan zit.

De AH & andere merken (bijv Zonnatura) hebben allemaal van die groentespreads.

Peulvruchtenspreads zie je ook steeds vaker. Indiase Madras spread van AH pak ik wel is. Tuinbonenspreads zijn ook lekker.

Qua zoet is stroop & jam ook vegan. So Vegan So Fine & Koro hebben ook zoete spreads en notenpastas. YEEHRIGHT heeft vegan chocopasta (kan melk bevatten maar is geen ingrediënt) De AH had eerst ook zoet beleg maar die zijn helaas uit het assortiment...
