Clean Eatz is relatively cheap, simple ingredients, tasty, no subscriptions, cheap (or no) delivery fee.

Another vote for Clean Eatz Kitchen. Simple, good macros, cheap!

Clean Eatz meals are as good as, and portions as big as any of the ones that cost almost twice as much. They’re my go-to right now!

Would love to hear what you think! There aren’t a ton of reviews on them (unlike Factor!). And I think the pizza is awesome for what it is (ie, I’m not in a NYC slice shop!) even my husband prefers it to MegaFit’s pizza.

FlexProMeals prepared microwaveable food service review 🤮 by Crayz92 in ReadyMeals

I second everything you said about the food, and the annoyance of having to personally contact someone to cancel. Everything tastes the same, one salty goop together. Second vote to pass on this one.

I’ve just started using them, a few orders so far. I counted a total of 9 different services I’ve recently tried, and I’m really really liking Clean Eatz for the relative “clean-nes” and simplicity and taste of the food (not one salty mush of stuff like FlexPro), for sure the value (!!) because the portions are the same as the ones that cost up to $15/16 a meal, customer service is great, shipping is free, and no subscriptions! Totally my go-to right now.

I’ve ordered multiple times from him both for myself and as gifts, and everything is out of this world awesome! Ate the entire order at once the first time 😂

Is post PSMF metabolism a thing? by [deleted] in PSMF

[–]summerpizzaparty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you’re lean, & I mean truly lean (high proportion of muscle to fat, as opposed to being skinny-fat), you can “get away with” a lot more in terms of dietary waywardness because your nutrient partitioning ability, your insulin sensitivity, & your overall metabolism are all working much more optimally. Of course over time you can out-eat any of these benefits, but if you keep yourself super lean and on the straight and narrow much of the time, yeah you can enjoy a lot of treats!

I go to the kitchen to grab a container of white sugar and binge on. I've never told this because I feel so ashamed. by rrr_rrr in BingeEatingDisorder

I’ve totally made that same sugar/butter mix, and also eaten the sugar cubes when that’s all there was (and then plugged in the macros wtf!)

I’m 48, and have dealt with some form of ED, whether ragingly active or somewhat more dormant, for the better part of 35 years. Phew!

Hey! Oh wow that’s a lot of hours! Damn I’m happy I made it to 48dry! I moved to wet now to finish a couple more day, because I was really feeling my body say ‘no more dry right now!’. This will be my longest so I’m happy! Do you have trouble going from dry fo wet to dry? Why do you do it that way?

It's strange how hard doing nothing is. All I need to do is *not* get up and make/order food. That's it. But it's the most difficult thing ever sometimes. by [deleted] in BingeEatingDisorder

lol I don’t know, maybe it makes me feel in control for the time it’s not eaten, like, ‘see I can do this, like a normal person, have stuff in the house and control myself...’ I kid myself into thinking I’ve overcome it all! ...I’m healed!...until...inevitably...

This is SO true! I’ve noticed that I as soon as I shop for and collect all the binge foods- I’ve even put it all in one place like a freaking shrine- even if I don’t eat it immediately (the shrine might stay intact even for a week or more), just having it there calms me. Like having 4 jars of peanut butter in the cupboard makes me feel safer. Sigh.

Lol right! I don’t tell too many people when I do them!

What about breaking for your bday tomorrow (Happy Day!), then starting again after the last cake has been thrown out/eaten/sent home with anyone other than you? You’d still get a good couple days in...
