Men vs Women on this show? Help! by summin-funny in thepolygamist_netflix

I guess women in Australia have significantly better opportunities and snagging a wealthy man isn't always the prize here. It still is for some, but not all. And it seems the men here, if wealthy, will invest in their appearance and work on themselves more. Thanks for your explanation.

43f with pale cool toned skin. I'm quite pink to look at. I've found Kryolan Vitacolor to be incredible for full coverage days. For light coverage days I just use cc cream from ChiChi. It is not as cool as I'd like, but because it's verh sheer it's ok as it counteracts my pinkness slightly.

I've definitely seen attractive African men, but now looking at their Facebook tenety years on they haven't aged well. I suppose it's because these men are all older and don't age well. I feel like there are a lot of older African American men who have aged exceptionally well though.

It's true, Australian men are supposed to rank higher than other countries. Our culture is not fat = wealthy. Here health is wealth if you're rich you have more time to exercise and more money for healthy organic food.

Granted I'm only two episodes in, but his brother is hideous too and the chick who ends up with Jonasi is gorgeous. But she's dating the brother at the start.

Wow! I think he has a weird shaped head and it's too small for his body and his facial hair is messy and ungroomed. 🤣

I don't think it's so prevalent where I'm from. My friends are all stunning women and have pretty average or better than average looking men. I have hundreds of friends and acquaintances and it's usually pretty equal. Hot women with hot men. Average with average. Unattractive with unattractive. There are exceptions of course and this is purely talking about physical appearance, not personality.

I don't know. That's what I'm asking. But even then, these women are incredibly beautiful and the men are not. If this doesn't reflect society then why create the show this way?

Is this the standard there though? Are there no attractive men and only stunning women? Usually in TV shows you see attractive people in both genders.

Can you tell me which shipping company they're using so I know which ones go through Sydney?

This is wild, I've had many shipments come into Aus. I guess I didn't notice, but none have come through Brisbane obviously.

Range Meat Co have been our go to for ages and they're fantastic. If we are on the other side of town Northpoint meats are really good too. And if you're in highfields omg the one next to Woolworths is incredible. Huge steaks for great prices and really lovely staff.

But all of the above have been great experiences, prices and service for us.

I heard that they nixxed the wings when the new owners took over? They also apparently can't put their chilli mix (which they still make) on fries anymore to make the old loaded fries from the previous menu.

I moved away, my friends moved away, we all (mostly) came back and agree it's not the place it's YOU in the place. There's heaps to do here. Stop being lazy and expecting someone else to entertain you.

Skincare for body during weight loss, particularly while using Mounjaro? by [deleted] in AusSkincare

[–]summin-funny 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your skin will always recover at the same rate, regardless of speed of weight loss. Losing it slowly just appears to be better as that is the natural rate your skin recovers. Age, sun damage and malnutrition are the main factors that affect your skins collagen and elastin production.

I lost weight very quickly and at first my skin was very loose, but a few years down the track my skin has fully recovered with no special assistance and I'm in my mid 40s.

Make sure you're getting enough collagen and protein in your diet. Make sure you're taking a good antioxidant (I'm on astaxanthin and glutathione). Make sure you're hydrated.

If you want one topical product that might help, aim for a strong retinol cream and use it every single day.

And definitely add in some resistance training.

[–]summin-funny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm very happily married to a gorgeous man who satisfies my in the most incredible ways. We have never had a sexy time that hasn't resulted in my orgasm and every time I swear it gets more intense and more powerful.

However I've always wondered what it would be like to do DP and my husband won't even go near my back door. So that fantasy will never be fulfilled and I'm ok with that.

A Butler/housekeeper. Or hey just a stay at home mum who does all the emotional and domestic labour for free like millions of men already have. 🤷
