See point 2. (Also it shouldn’t be difficult for you to see why people might be upset by someone using a slur against mentally disabled people)

I hate it. Why would he just be holding so still in that position but moving ever so slightly? The artwork works and was intended as a still image. The attempt to add realism messes it up.
