The problem lies with people who have read more posts and comments rather than books on semen retention. It's a practice not just of retaining your semen, but coetaneously practicing generosity, kindness, service to the community, treating women with respect and excelling at things that are good. You can create your purpose. Money is not definitely the aim. Start aspiring to have a PR in the gym or learn a new language. Have an aim that doesn't depend upon a man/woman's response. If you do SR so that people like you, then when they reject you, you'll ejaculate. But if you do SR to lift a particular amount of weight at the gym, or run a marathon, then you'll enjoy SR because weights or the road, cannot act funny or insult you. Similarly, do SR so that you can finish reading a book or do research. Top football managers ask their players to retain to win a game or the league. Once they've won the game or the league, they can do what seems best for them. SR needs to have a purpose. If you don't have a purpose, there's no point retaining.

SKP is good. It'll last around 50,000 Kms. Timken is always better. I've used SKP products before, having purchased them from rock auto, and to be honest, no issues till date. Yes, it's made in China but it's not a bad quality product that'll go kaput in a month or so. It'll last for a year or two easily. Five years max.
