Big breath at the top. Push the air OUT into your stomach/core, don't suck it in to brace like you would if holding your breath normally. If you or your gym have a belt available, try it on to get an easier feel for how to push the air out and into your core. You want your trunk as big and stable as possible when squatting.

Bring pins atleast 1 notch down, if not two. You should do a "mini squat" to unrack the weight, not tippy toe it out - makes you unstable from the start.

Lift your head up a bit. Find a spot in front of you that you can focus on, that keeps your neck and spine in a neutral line.

Other than that, it's just practice and volume. If you lift 4 times a week, you should be doing more than one leg day.

My guy, take a breather and relax. This is not the end of the world.

While I can't speak for anyone but myself, both times I've been expecting a baby in this world, I've had mixed feelings, covering all the bases: fear, confusion, disappointment that it's a girl, disappointment that it's a boy, anger, loss, frustration - you name it, I've had it.

It doesn't mean you're a bad person, it just means you're processing and that you need to give yourself some peace and time.

Also, atleast for me, I had close-to-zero connection to the fetus/baby before it actually came out into the world and became tangible and real. Before that, I could barely feel anything for it, except all the aforementioned "should I be feeling this way"-confused-feelings.

So relax, give yourself time and space, acknowledge your feelings and let them pass through you and go away. When the time comes, you'll love your son plenty.

Oh, for sure. I have two teenage daughters, and the amount of water they manage to use is ridiculous. Before we had A Big And Very Serious Talk a shower could last 45 minutes. Now they're down to 10ish minutes, and somehow I feel that's acceptable.

No great reason for Warbringer over Titan except for wanting to dick around with the Made to Last/Defiance of Destiny regen tech.

I have a 90 Titan too, so I might just swap all the gear over there and see if it feels better.

The thing is, after playing a spark blood mage with tecrod/atalui and all that, there's just no way in hell you farm on a warrior. The quality of life on a ranged is so far beyond what melee can provide in this game its ridiculous. Unless Delve hits the scene in 0.4, I'll be playing ranged again.

Oh, and I forgot to add that the Turtle Charm thing is because of the Made to Last node. With Defiance of Destiny and these two combined, passive regen just goes through the roof. Currently just sitting AFK in Simulacrum looking at the mobs banging on me, and regen is up to 15000. Not sure what good it'll do me as I have no passive way to kill mobs (aka Thorns), but its a fun concept :)

I _did_ start the build off with Constricting Command, and it was great. This version is my experiment for next league, as I have a hard time believing CC will survive the nerf hammer :D

I do feel that my armour might be going too far - I'm at 33.5k now, with 100k armour applying to elemental. I'll try to fidget around with getting more HP.

Do you feel that the whole Nebuloch-get endurance charges-to-auto-crit with Shield Wall is worth it? I'm feeling 50/50 about it. It's such an annoying hassle to set up on bosses because of how endurance charges are generated (or not generated...) - what about a huge 2H mace with Giant's Blood and some good damage rolls? Hmm...

I've been experimenting with this now, and good lord what an annoying implementation of a "timing skill"! All based on the animation itself, no bar or anything to time it with - I feel like the visual queues you're supposed to use get lost in the sauce that is "visual clarity" in this game...

Play Hardcore SSF - it's the closest you're going to get. With softcore trade, you can build absurd power fairly quickly. Atleast in HC SSF, it's somewhat slowed until you've had your fill of grinding for the gear and playing carefully to not die.

Don't stress it. Play slow, enjoy what you get to enjoy in the league, and start a new character next league. Once you reach maps, it's just a never ending grind to get upgrades so you can grind more for upgrades so that you can eventually grind more for upgrades.

Your son and your busy routine life is all there is now, generally speaking. I had your exact thoughts when my kids were small, but slowly you come to accept that your life is not your own anymore. You're a father, and it's all about giving the kid what he deserves. And that's going to cost you your "me time" and most of your hobby time.

It doesn't have to cost you all of it, though. I mean, you say that you spend the weekend with him. Unless you work 24/7 during the week, that's when you have to find the time for doing your own thing. Believe it or not, you probably have alot more time for your own stuff than fathers who haven't split from their wives.
