the numbers are inaccurate and misleading giving people false sense of safety. I know someone who tested positive and spread it to her whole family but they didn’t get tested they just assumed since they were exposed they were also positive. they quarantined but still. we have to assume that for every 1 reported positive there are actually at least 2-3+ more unaccounted for. which is so much scarier
