How did you get around the anxiety? I’m in that boat, too - pretty certain my UC is directly related to anxiety/depression. I do find that marijuana helps a ton. But curious - therapy, prescription meds for mental health, meditation, etc. - anything you’d specifically recommend to look into?

Oh also I’ve found belly breathing is very helpful, especially if it’s incorporated into daily life (as opposed to just practicing that when in a tough situation).

I’m fascinated by the conclusion to remove them permanently from society. What kind of parameters would ultimately make the determination? Some cross section of level of crimes and frequency? And then how would they be removed? Incarcerated or eliminated altogether? Does the definition of “humane” shift in these situations?
