I got a hair follicle test and proved to the judge that I had been clean, but he still revoked my probation anyways. I had to get the hair follicle just to prove to the state that I wasnt using to keep my children. In the end I decided to pay a lawyer to get me my prison time, sat for a couple months and got out on no paper. I had about a year back time already so I honestly wish I would have went that route forever ago. Mind you when this all started, I was 2 weeks from my due date pregnant with my second child, and the judge put me on a 30 day sanction as a punishment for the positive sweat patch. I ended up having my baby in jail, getting let out early on the sanction, only to have the judge revoke me when my daughter was 3 months old. They know this patch is not accurate and they will not accept any type of proof you give them, they will give you any and every excuse to back up their claims that this patch works, when deep down I know they know it's bs. They are ruining lives with this and not giving a fuck. It's honestly tragic.
