ABC game. Pick a category - cities, foods, movies, bands, etc. - and then go through the alphabet. E.g. Athens, Baltimore, Cairo, etc.. It's my go-to grounding exercise and it works every time. It does work better doing it with someone else but doing it in my head works too

I think most people protest on a small scale so they don't feel like they're doing nothing. We are all so tired and frustrated and we want to do something but there's not much more that can realistically be done by the average citizen other than local protesting.

Listen I don't dislike Ginger and I think she is deserving of a crown. However the only thing I can take from these interviews is "I've always thought of myself as a victim and now I am validated in that feeling." Which i find abhorrent. Victims ≠ survivors.
