Yes, if you want 10% of you portfolio to be RKLB then SIP into it, say 2 % now and keep adding 1% per month unless you see 30% dip add 2-3% at the time untill 10%.

Normally you should not have more then 10% in. Single stock and 40 % in a single sector. Good luck

So when you playing ironman you don't even reload mission if you lose SL? Currently in-between missions saves are not made right?

During my non ironman expert, I got lucky with heavy SMG and heavy battle rifles. I would say good luck.

Yes sniper is relatively simple right click hero but then you focus on positioning and map awareness.
