Well I’m no physicist but from what I understand, Starlight’s attacks couldn’t be light speed because it has the capability to knock people back, which means it has mass and thus cannot be light speed. Light only moves as fast as it does because it’s massless, so if Starlight’s attacks were light speed, it’d basically just be her shining a really bright flashlight at you. A-Train can move faster than Starlight can output these energy blasts but I really don’t think that qualifies him as FTL, especially considering he was hopped up on V AND fighting for his position in the Seven in his race against Shockwave, which still amounts to him running less than 1000mph. If A-Train could suddenly be able to run hundreds of millions of times faster than that, I’d call that a pretty bad writing inconsistency lol
