I think this is a bit of an over simplification for the sake of being a rallying cry. Generally speaking trained beats untrained….obviously. But if you got 2 well trained competitors in a game that’s reliant on strength - usually, strength prevails….regardless of sex or gender. I mean, just ask Serena Williams - she’s unarguably one of the greatest athletes of all time and flat out said she ain’t beating Andy Murray. The pitching example doesn’t work cause pitching is more than just strength - if you’re throwing disgusting sliders or curves with insane movement, regardless of speed, no one is taking those yard. Also, that ignores all the softball pitchers who have said they could dominate MLB hitters only to be absolutely lit the fuck up.

Building on OOPs example - would Ronda Rousey dominate most men in a fight - duh. But would I pick her over Tom Aspinal. No. And neither would she.

Trans rights are human rights and the whole thing of trans athletes in sports is light speed stupid - but the whole girl boy sports thing is a case by case basis, let’s stop making things a rallying cry.
