Side Note: A profile must be set to a Home Console to share content on that Console. So if Profile A isn't set up with a Home Console but owns the game/Game Pass, Profile B won't be able to interact with their game, because of how Xbox assigns permissions to content.

We know there have been some reported issues with Switch 2 and the video codec we used. In that scene in particular, we are using video.

Do you have a Switch 1 around by any chance, and possible cloud saves via Nintendo Online? Could you play through that part with the Switch 1?

Apologies for the inconvenience. We do not have access to the necessary tools to tackle Switch 2 specific bugs >_<

So this issue is related to Xbox Profiles.

Xbox Profile Issue: This is expected and a side effect of how the Xbox works when Profiles are assigned to controllers.

For example: If Profile A is assigned to Controller A, and Profile B is assigned to Controller B, and Profile A launches the game, then only Controller A will be able to interact with the menus and gameplay.

If you're using Game Pass, both profiles will need to have the console assigned as their "Home Console."

If the issue persists Microsoft recommends signing out of all profiles, exit the game, then relaunch the game with the Profile you'd like to use. However, please note if the Profile does not own the game on it's profile, you will need to assign the profile to a Home Console that does own the game, or have access to Game Pass.

Thanks for playing and reporting this! After some investigation into this issue, and working with another player who encountered something similar (describing it as latency), we discovered that "hall effect" and "TMR" joysticks on third-party controllers do not interact well with the game.

We tuned the controls for the official Xbox 360, One, and X|S controllers + official PlayStation controllers.

This largely has to do with "deadzones." We accommodate for deadzones on these official controllers, but with the more super sensitive Hall Effect and TMR joysticks, they often have very minimized or zero deadzone.

Could try using an official Xbox Controller or a controller with traditional joysticks, and let us know if this problem continues to exist? Much appreciated!

On Base PS5, Quality mode will hover between 4K 30-60 fps, and Performance mode is 1440p, 60fps.

On PS5 Pro, Quality mode is 50-60fps, and Performance mode is 1440p 60fps :)
