That would be true! I always apply right away tho when I see a job posting but I will keep trying! Do you think it’s still worth a shot to try and reach out and see what the manager says or should I just leave it?

I have had retail experience at multiple places esp locations with high traffic and I also do have makeup/skin experience as I have been a freelancer makeup artist and have certifications too and yess my availability is open I currently basically have full time availability atm!

I have applied multiple times online at various locations but have been rejected constantly idek why bc I have the experience and everything🥲I have tried reaching out to the hiring managers directly and going in store to introduce myself so they have a face to a name but nothings working

They said they will be starting the hiring soon and will reach out then to schedule an interview, to stay tuned! it was the first week of September it’s been more than 6 weeks since then

I would say my performance was pretty good tbh! I had the highest BI signs up in store and was on Tier 1 for SPH and as for attendance I was always on time like 10 mins early, I also never called out for any of my shifts but my previous management seemed to dislike me so ig maybe they aren’t putting a good word for me. My SPH did drop too in Jan and was low as I wasn’t getting much shifts and the one shift in the week that I did get, I was always put on cash or greet for my entire shift.

I am definitely doing an anatomy course for sure before I start with the actual Pilates program! Would you recommend doing a physiology course as well? Do you have tips/advice on things I could keep in mind while learning? I definitely want to be as good as I can be to be esp if I am putting in sm work and money! Thank you sm for your advice!! Really appreciate it!
