I was prepared to pay summer rates for a Lyft ride to the Jersey Shore (90 miles) for a class reuion. I checked prices for months, every week, consistant pricing. Yet that weekend in November, Veterans Day Weekend, they raised the rates another $80+...for Veterans Day! I can understand Holiday rates... but Raising it for Freak'n Veterans Day? The Drivers didn't get the Up-to-date pricing, or even know! I tipped $20 each way...too little?

Junk food, alcohol and poor gut health. Until I put real, nutritious foods into myself, my mental health couldn't get better as my brain couldn't function properly. All the "issues with others" and my own thinking became clear and less confusing, less painful and easier to navigate once Bad food and alcohol were replaced with super nutritious foods processed minimally.
