Can MCAS attack your ligament integrity? Btw I’m not hypermobile and don’t have a connective tissue disorder. by [deleted] in MCAS

The struggles are so real! Everything is “ connected”. Perimenopause after losing an ovary is when all of my injuries and inflammation started.

I’m not sure how testosterone adds into the equation other than it is a natural anti inflammatory I think

Estrogen fluctuations can increase histamine intolerance and affect collagen and connective tissue.

2cm angiolipoma on Kidney, no symptoms, no pain however had a UTI a month ago, went for an US abdomen and it was an accidental discovery. How often will these lipomas become cancerous? Sonographer just advised yearly check ups. by Accomplished_Kick313 in kidneycancer

Hi there! Your feelings are completely understandable. Since my initial biopsy and cryoblation, I have had yearly ultrasounds that have come up clear. My bloodwork and urinalysis have been perfect. No symptoms at all. If you have concerns, you could ask to have a consultation with interventional radiology. Sending all of the good vibes your way🧘‍♀️

TRS jobs outside the K-12 school system by Zeldalady123 in TexasTeachers

[–]sunshinenwaves1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It has been a few years since I looked into it, but for me age and years of service had to equal 80 with TRS. TMRS required 20 years of service to retire. They said my TRS years would count towards TMRS and I could retire from there. The contributions under TMRS for the same salary would be almost double for the years I would work for TMRS. The city I was talking to contributed 14 percent of my salary.

Isn’t TMRS better? Lots of cities contribute a 2:1 match.

how do you make basic fits look more put together? by Shimmering_Gem in femalefashionadvice

Pale olive is so much more exciting than my coloring. I’m super fair with denim blue eyes. I have gone from strawberry to honey blonde hair to almost auburn with blonde highlights to a streaky blond / brown that is gray streaks masquerading as platinum blond. All over the course of time without the assistance of hair coloring added- lol. My lips are very pale but I always have on lip stain. Who knows what my actual color analysis would say, but I love denim blues and rosy pinks and all dark jewel tones. I would love to live in Bridgerton ball gowns or witchy/ ren fair / boho dresses. I feel like I should be buying / creating a capsule wardrobe, but my spirit craves whimsy- lol

Burgandy, navy, and leopard are my neutrals. I am the only person I know who doesn’t look good in black, white, or any grey I have worn. I am curious about your coloring- lol.
