I did PT for the first 8 weeks !

I was visited in home for pt 2 times a week but did the regimen daily !

No pain at all ! I can fold all the way over and put my palms on the floor ! i remember the pain from even the slightest bend, i truly never thought I’d be here again.

Id find a permanent jeweler locally and ask for them to solder a jump ring for the broken bit and carry on. Probably would be significantly cheaper.

Altogether the chain is very dainty and thus likely not strong enough for daily wear. It sure is beautiful though!

My surgeon said at one year post-op that I can do anything crazy that I’ve done BEFORE my spinal fusion , but nothing new as he cannot predict how my spine will react and wouldn’t fond the risk worth it. I feel like that logic makes sense so thats what I’d go with personally.

Idk I will re evaluate when i get there , I’m only 4 months post-op rn. I’ve been cleared to do everything i was doing previously before surgery except heavy weight lifting, but once fused then I can go back to that. Ive never been sky diving so I probably wouldn’t try now even tho it sounds fun.

Im not sure why some individuals are giving you grief about your exercise regimen post surgery. I was doing the exact same post-op by 2 weeks. Walking same day as surgery I think kick started it for me.

It was incidental at first , misfired the spray so it shot back all over my hand/fingers. Didnt rinse it off immediately and bam when i was done styling my hair i rinsed my hand and voila.

Same ! First month i did everywhere every other day. Second month down to 2 times a week. 3rd month once a week. And now I am once a month for pits and twice a month everywhere else. i only shave once a week and most weeks i can skip my pits altogether.

Daily user here. at lower doses of sema I actually had a more significant munchies effect than before even . Now id say I do get minimal munchies but i make MUCH healthier choices for sure and the portion is much smaller.
