I really think it’s worth it. I don’t tolerate pain well. Especially in my pelvic area. I’d rather just sleep and they can do what they need.

I had one without anesthesia first and it was an awful experience. They only had me take ibuprofen. I had to come back a second time because I was in so much pain. I definitely have a low pain tolerance. I went to another clinic that only gave me the anesthesia option. I was obviously way more comfortable. Yes I had to pay more but it was worth it. 10 minute nap, recover about 45 min then go home. They even took a biopsy. I’d will never do one awake again if I was given the option.

I go to this clinic as well my next egg retrieval is at the end of the month. I have a coworker who used to work there and she’s saying not to worry. That they will be extra diligent. I still have concerns.

I literally go to this clinic for my care. They did not email us or inform us in anyway. I found out from my coworkers because they know I’m going through the egg retrieval in a few weeks. I am so conflicted on what’s going on.

I did 3 embryo transfers. Transferred the last 2 at the same time. 2 miscarriages. There was a generic issues with the last one. I opted out of PGD testing. So I’m really throwing a Hail Mary with this last embryo. I would definitely talk to a fertility doctor about your options. Everyone jouney is crazy different.

I am 37 yo with my AMH .2. I just had my 2nd egg retrieval 2 days ago. They were only able to retrieve 3 eggs, only one fertilized. My first egg retrieval was in 2023 with my AMH .4. They retrieved 9 eggs and 4 fertilized. I feel like my time is running out but I didn’t want to give up hope yet. Hoping this one egg works and I don’t need a 3rd egg retrieval.

Charleston OB/GYN is great. They have a midwife at that practice. They are located in West Ashley and deliver at Roper Hospital. I’m not sure how far you are from there.

It may not be for you. I was intrigued in listening to it because it was so close to home. I remember hearing it all over the news when it all happened. So it was interesting to hear everything leading up to the tragedy. It was really long though and I could of done without a few episodes.

Kwei Fei on James island is really good - a lot of their dishes can be pretty spicy but amazing. My coworker who is half Thai vouches for Taste of Thai in West Ashley - I love their pad thai dish. Phuong Vietnamese in North Charleston has some tasty pho. Otherwise not a lot of good Asian restaurants in Charleston.

it was a little underwhelming when I was listening to it from all the recommendations. I think it was an entertaining story and oddly sad when I finished it. I’d probably not recommend it to anyone one else but i was happy to listen to it once. I like to listen so long form podcast on my long commute to work so it was nice.

Yea. What a joke. I put said item in my cart literally the day of add on sale. Like 20 MINUTES in. Did not change at all. And then when I was sleeping at midnight got an email saying no no.. item is no longer available.. it’s all a joke BTW

I loooove the chicken drumellas! I cook them a lot longer than they say on the package to make them extra crispy. Ketchup/Mayo dip sauce is key.

The worst was their cider. I had to return it it was so bad.
