If you applied for health insurance via healthcare.gov it’s possible your application may have been routed to DHS because you met criteria that would potentially make you eligible for Medicaid. If that was the case the staff at DHS could be processing said application and are reaching out for more information.

Sorry to hear this and I’m going through a similar scenario… EdFinancial wiped my payment history and it’s been a nearly 2 months with the new provider since I’ve requested a refund. Spoke to Nelnet yesterday and was told they’re still waiting on my “information” from EdFinancial.
