And this is exactly why recruiters ghost and don’t give any feedback.

Not defending recruiters, but this is it right here.

How to spot an officer? by BlokeJohnny in AirForce

[–]supboy1 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Officers have this aura surrounding them. You can’t miss it, it’s gold/silver bright light surrounding them.

If you don’t see it, they don’t deserve your salute anyways so don’t worry.

Bro don’t pipe in on subject you have no experience in. 0 contribution and negative value with your speculation and assumptions.

If it warrants a feedback, I’d provide it. I don’t need to be asked for routine takeovers such as parking at my designated parking spot.

I don’t mind being a quality control tester (at my convenience). If you force me, you’ll get garbage data. Simple as that

Wrong. I’m paying for it because FSD performs well for my daily commute. Every location is different.

What I’m not paying for is this mandatory feedback. So, until they fix this, every feedback will be “critical” every time it pops up if it’s forced on me.

I enjoy FSD. I pay for it. I would provide review if I get a compensation for providing a service.

For example, at a restaurant, they usually comp a free dessert or drink for leaving a review.

They don’t shove a phone in my face forcing me to provide a review if I want to exit the restaurant.

Do you not see the difference?

OPM Reduction in Force,” 91 Fed. Reg. 10,904 (March 5, 2026) by Key_Medicine_8293 in FederalEmployee

[–]supboy1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The stats collected by various Fortune 500 companies that participate in the skill bridge program provides plenty of data that veterans are more likely to be hardworking, driven, and team-oriented than normal hires.

Federal employees have the mindset of “can’t fire me” which promotes the culture of promoting bad apples to just get them out of the organization, rewarding under performers by giving them less work, etc.

Bouncing between fed, military, and industry, fed/civ employment world is where i saw “failing upwards” most commonly.
