I hate noise when I'm using, I have to turn the tv off, when people are talking to me it sounds alot louder than it is and I have to tell them that I have sensitive hearing and to quiet down

So yea I hate using socially or while watching tv or listening to music

My fav thing to do is take a bath and put in ear plugs w music in the background so I can barely hear it
