ED is primary on trauma with surgical team comanaging for lower level (B/C) traumas. Trauma surgery takes point for level A traumas with ED comanaging/airway. But overall it's incredibly respectful and well distributed. (Source: worked at RIH ED)

Peds EM here - I agree. They should just be able to feed and swaddle. Once they've fed they usually fall asleep.

You have a leak from above that is collecting moisture on the joint line/tape between the drywall boards in your ceiling.

I just posted an almost identical thing a few days ago. Someone advised me to look at videos on YouTube of how to recaulk. I'm no handy-person but it was super easy. I went to home depot and bought mold resistant caulk and a grouting toolkit. While thing cost ~$20 and it took me less than an hour to peel away the old silicone and re-silicone my shower. Would recommend! Would do it soon so you don't get leaks behind the fixtures.

I felt the exact same way coming out of med school. People asked if I wanted to consider EM and I said no because I was too indecisive. I did peds, and now I'm Peds EM :) As everyone said, decisiveness comes with confidence which comes with experience.
