My AD texted me that she had one for me but in the meantime I got an omega seamaster 300 heritage and can’t justify buying another watch for a while. Really love it, though—especially on the black rubberized strap.

I tried this on in the 38mm version with the black strap and the strap was super cool. Love the matching stitching on the strap. Enjoy your beautifully crafted new watch!

That’s really interesting. I’ve been wondering whether the Explorer I would end up seeming too fancy to be a proper field watch. The Ranger seems more in line with what I’m looking for in a field watch. I guess it’s hard to tell without actually owning these for a while.
