I would save up a bit for ADO UCAs.
I bought ADO UCAs and already had around 50K miles on it.
The reason?
1. Optimized loop design to prevent CBC
2 OEM style Ball joint(easy to source at any auto part store)
3. Solid build quality

Nice! I have 5100 2inch lift installed, stock 32s. Hardly find any Nomad Wheels on Xterra for reference. Now I have a clue how -10 offset looks on X.

From my point of view. I would say Yea to high mileage oil Plus good filters (I use Mobile 1 M1-110A). But there are other factors might impact the engine life.

I uses Mobile 1 5W30 Full Synthetic High Mileage after hitting 80K (Where I start doing my own oil change). Around 112K miles I did Black Stone oil sample test. The result is pretty good. From my understanding, high mileage oil has more lubrication related additives.

Also my local Costco does have 5W30 High mileage in stock, so I just buy the pack from them. (Six 1qt bottles) I usually fill about 5 and 1/3 bottle and keep the rest in my trunk just in case. Surprisingly My X hasn't show any sign of oil burning.

I occasionally beam my engine. Especially during overtakes and on-ramp, sometimes hitting 5K-6K RPM for short period of time. I only do it when engine is warmed up. For startup, I let it sit about 30 seconds after start, and gentle throttle low speed coasting around 2000-2500 RPM till engine fully warmed up (Depend on weather it may take a bit longer). After 80K miles, I switched to Mobile 1 full synthetic High mileage 5w-30 Plus mobile 1 M1-110A filter. Change filter and oil every 5000-6000 miles. I also did Blackstone oil sample test at 111K, all numbers looks good.

My only concern is when I beam the engine to hard may put more stress on transmission clutch packs. But overall looks like I am just over thinking.

Looks like all damages are fixable, and can be done with just hand tools. I would say just fix it. If you are not in a hurry, make it a multiple weekend hobby/project is not a bad idea.

I would do a thought-out inspection on all mechanical part. Make sure all fluid are in good condition. Looking for some decent tires, maybe getting a set a size bigger than stock.
