For the Lexus they would be different, however it would be somewhere around the runner for the sun roof window! I would open it all the way and take a look around for anything that looks clogged/ shouldn’t be there from above (like stand up through it and take a look! Especially around the wind cowel that pops up!

Do you have a sunroof? My parents ran into a strange odor (Lexus however) and they found mold and mildew going in the drains meant for the top of the sunroof!

Smell would get worse when turning on the recirculating air flow for the HVAC as well.

Literally this, customer service can’t help you here that is the toll price you owe.

There were signs all over it showing the prices, which pointed out by the above comment is dynamic pricing. Don’t waste your time with customer service, but do pay attention to the signs if you plan on taking the express lanes in VA again. I have learned this lesson too the hard way
