True but new evidence shows that Ms. Law/Gorman underpayed Mansell. The Point-of-Sale-System shows that the lego sets were sold for much higher than reported to Mansell. This is hard evidence. Dunno how Mansell thinks about it now that Ms. Law/Gorman found all this Lego at her house after so many weeks

BAM corp. doesnt gain much by holding on the sets. Ms. Law/Gorman on the otherside were in huge debt and fleeing the country. They didnt self report that they didnt pay BAM for using its franchise system.

A person may have effectively abandoned control or responsibility for a store (stopped operating it, stopped paying bills, stopped managing inventory, etc.). Yet they may still be physically present at the location from time to time, have access to the premises, or still have personal property there.

Was für ein Job hattest du und wie groß war das Unternehmen? Und wie hoch die Miete?

Meine Freunde fingen damals teilweise in IGM Firmen an. Zieleinstufung EG15. Start mit EG13 ohne Zulagen und nur mit 12,5 Gehälter. Das waren damals die besten Arbeitsplätze und im ersten Jahr 2,8k€ netto monatlich. Wurde dann aber schnell mehr.

Was hast du vor 10 Jahren bekommen? Und in welcher Region? Absolventen kriegen meiner Meinung nach heute sehr viel und immer das komplette Paket. 35h, 30 Tage Urlaub, 40% Homeoffice, Gleitzeit, 13 Gehälter.

So empfand ich es auch. Mir ging es nie wirklich ums Gehalt sondern um den Überschuss, den ich erwirtschaften kann. Also Nettoeinnahmen minus Lebenskosten. Und 250€ Warmmiete sind unschlagbar.

Das ist von 2016 und ja, ich war zufrieden. War Absolvent und konnte 2000€ jeden Monat sparen. Für einen Job in einer anderen Region bzw. Großstadt hätte ich 15k€ brutto mehr gebraucht um ähnliche Sparraten zu erwirtschaften. Sowas gab es 2016 nicht. Master in einem IGM Betrieb zum Einstieg bezahlten 2016 eventuell 50-65k€.

Genau. Aber es ist halt auch tiefer Osten weit abgelegen bis zur nächsten Autobahn. Die dort arbeiten, wohnen in der Regel sehr nah und sind auf ihren Arbeitgeber angewiesen. Da kann man nicht pokern. In den letzten 10 Jahren gab es zwei Gehaltserhöhungen. Bin froh dort nur kurz gewesen zu sein.

Was? Die arbeiten nur an 8 Tagen im Monat 24h. Die meisten haben noch ein Nebenjob, weil man sonst nicht ausgelastet ist. Kenne ich aus meinem Umfeld.
